Registrations are officially closed! 

Please note pre-registration is mandatory and registration will be done on a first come, first served basis.  We accept individual registrations and group registrations.

Please note you can register already if your membership ID has not yet been confirmed. Add ID 0000 to the registration form and the secretariat will contact you.

Teaching Courses Registration Fees

Registrations are officially closed! 

When completing an Individual or Group Annual Conference Registration, an additional participation to one of the teaching courses can be purchased.
However, it is not obligatory to purchase an Annual Conference Registration to be able to register for a Teaching Course.
The Teaching Course Registration includes lunch.

PhD Session Registration Fees

Registrations are officially closed! 

A special programme (lunch included) for PhD Students takes place on Thursday May 4, 2023.
This is the perfect arena to meet experienced researchers and other PhD students working in the MS-field. We will give you the ability to practice your conference and presentation skills in a friendly atmosphere. Now it’s your chance to present your research ideas, semi-finished instruments and products, first study results etc. and get input from well-known and experienced researchers in the MS-field! We are looking forward to meet you all!

The goal of this newly developed program especially for PhD students is to network and to have the opportunity to share knowledge with other PhD students and a panel of experts. We encourage students to attend from the very start of their research project to the last year of their PhD, as this gives them the opportunity to develop their professional network and improve their presentation skills over time, and to receive feedback on their projects at different stages.

Registration Details


Registration includes

  • Access to the Scientific Programme of the 28th Annual RIMS Conference (May 5 - May 6, 2023)
  • Access to the Special Interest Group meetings on Thursday afternoon
  • Access to the poster viewing session
  • Access to the online publication of the Multiple Sclerosis Journal
  • Coffee break and lunch according to the programme

Confirmation

In case of an individual booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation when the registration is final.

In case of a group booking the registration confirmation can be sent to the group responsible or to the individual delegate, depending on the email address that is filled out in the field "Email Correspondence" on the first page of the registration form.

Individual Annual Conference Registration

Individual Annual Conference Registrations should be made online and are available until the day of the Conference. 

The registration cannot be shared by two or more participants. As such, only the participant whose name appears in the registration file may pick up the badge onsite and no substitutions will be allowed once the badge has been picked up.

 

Group Annual Conference Registration

If you are making a booking for somebody else or for more than one person, you are considered the group responsible

Please note that the group responsible is not registered for the Conference. In case the group responsible wishes to attend the conference, he/she needs to register as a delegate as well.

One invoice will be created for the entire group.

The group registration is only valid after the full payment for the group registration has been received.

The early-bird rate will only apply to participants whose payment is received by the Conference Secretariat within 7 days following the early-bird deadline. After this date, the participants will be charged at the regular rate.
 

Special Interest Groups - Registration

Admittance to a SIG meeting is complimentary to all Conference Delegates, but pre-registration is mandatory.

Participation to a SIG is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is obligatory to purchase an Annual Conference Registration to be able to register for a SIG Meeting.

Payment & Cancellation Policy


Payment Policy

Please note that your registration will only be valid once full payment is received by the Conference Secretariat. Priority to activities with limited capacity will be given to those who have paid in full.

All invoices issued must be paid before the Annual Conference. All amounts are in euro. Payments can be made by credit card.

Outstanding amounts will be collected at the on-site rate. When registering at the Welcome & Hospitality Desk, please bring a copy of your proof of payment in case your registration fees were not credited to the Meeting account in time. A credit card and signature may be required as guarantee of payment.

All charges for payment transactions are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Invoices are only sent by email.

Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. For the reissuing of invoices € 120 (incl. VAT) will be charged.

 

Online Payment

Online payments are accepted by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. 

When encountering problems with credit card payment, we can exceptionally accept a payment via wire transfer.

In order to request a payment by bank transfer, please contact the RIMS registration manager at rims-events@seauton-international.com 
 

Cancellation Policy

After receipt of the confirmation of the individual or group registrations, 100% cancellation costs apply (no refunds). Cancellations have to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat via rims-events@seauton-international.com.

cancelled registration can be taken over by another participant (= name change) until Friday April 7, 2023. After this date a name change fee of € 50 including 22% VAT is applicable. 

Modifications to your conference registration or dinner booking are only possible to non-paying items (depending on availability at the moment of the modification).
