Registration Cost

US $995 – Registration fee for Young Supporters and Early Bird Registration for all others who pay before 31 January 2020.

US $1095 - Full Registration fee after 31 January 2020 Please note that registration will close when event capacity has been reached.

Your registration fee covers:

• All meals as part of the scheduled programme – from the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Thursday 4 June until, and including, lunch Sunday 7 June. Breakfast is provided for all registered event participants on 5, 6 and 7 June
• All scheduled programme events during this time, including the Half Day Tours and the Gala Dinner at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel on Saturday 6 June
• All transport provided as part of the scheduled programme.

Please note, hotel accommodation is not included in the event cost. You can secure your accommodation at one of four hotels, at special OB-PS Event rates, through links provided in the accommodation section below. Three hostel options are also listed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing to OB-PS by email: obps@wagggs.org The event registration fee will be refundable via the booking website until 31 January 2020. After this date, the event fee is non-refundable. The Event Fee is transferable and there is no extra fee if your registration is transferred to another person.
