The sixth Legislative & Regulatory Colloquium will be taking place on Wednesday 22nd May 2024, alongside the INSOL San Diego Conference.  The Colloquium brings together legislators and regulators from around the globe to discuss common issues with peers and other invited stakeholders.

The Legislative & Regulatory Colloquium will be a full-day meeting for legislators, regulators and others involved in the drafting of insolvency legislation. The aim of the meeting is to enable in-depth discussion of what is on the regulatory and legislative agenda across the globe. The strategic objective of the Legislative and Regulatory Colloquium is to provide a unique forum for those responsible for drafting, enacting, and enforcing the laws and rules governing their country’s insolvency and restructuring processes.

Delegates will be able to join the discussions by video conference if they are not able to attend in person.

Participation is by invitation only to ensure a candid dialogue.

Full time legislators and regulators attending the L&R Colloquium will also receive a complimentary registration to the main conference.
