INSOL has negotiated a limited number of guestrooms at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. These rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates based upon availability of group rooms at the time of request.

RESERVATION DEADLINE: 22 April 2024 (subject to availability)
Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted only at the hotel’s discretion on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate. Reservations are subject to guestroom and rate availability. All hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate to make and cancel directly with the hotel. Name changes on or other transfers of, room reservations will not be accepted after the Cut-Off Date.

CASH-FREE HOTEL - Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.
NO SMOKING POLICY: Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego does not allow smoking in any guestrooms. Rooms that are found to be in violation of this policy will be charged a one-time smoking fee of $500.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation fees will apply to your reservation:
Any cancellations made after 22 April 2024 will be subject to full penaly charges for all reserved nights. Any no-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to full penalty charges for all reserved nights.
REGISTERED ATTENDEES POLICY
This exclusive hotel rate and rooms are for registered attendees of the event (delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and other invited guests). The organiser and/or the hotel reserve the right to cancel any hotel bookings made by persons who are not attending the event.
