How can I pay for my ticket?

To make the process convenient for you, we're offering a hassle-free registration experience. Secure your spot now by completing the online process and worry about payment and invoicing later. We understand the importance of flexibility and want to ensure your participation is as convenient as possible. You will receive an email with your invoice by mid-March. Please note that the bill needs to be paid within two weeks following receipt to guarantee the early bird rate. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, a corrected invoice with the regular rate will be sent to replace the previous one.  If you have not received the email by 31st of March, kindly check your spam or contact us at  conference@wecglobal.org.

I need to cancel my participation. Can my ticket be reimbursed?

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to conference@wecglobal.org
