Yet, we know plans can change so we are implementing a waiting list system in case some participants have to drop out in the weeks ahead.

Full access pass: 1299,00€ + 23% VAT 

This pass gives you access to the following on Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th April:

• Full conference programme
• Lunches & networking breaks
• Social programme (Membership Engagement Activity, WEConnect Dinner and WECelebrate Dinner & Awards Ceremony)

Dinner ticket only: 250,00€ + 23% VAT per person

This pass gives you access to the WECelebrate Dinner & Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 24th April.

Cancellation Policy

 All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to conference@wecglobal.org

• 75% of the registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to the World Employment Conference team before 15th April 2024. Refund will be done in May 2024.
• Payment is non-refundable as of 16th April 2024 but one conference delegate name can be substituted for another until 18th April 2024. Kindly note that if you wish to request a substitution, you must email the World Employment Conference team with details about the delegates concerned. Otherwise, your request will not be considered.
