About the Conference

The Service Design Global Conference serves a global community interested in the practice and evolution of service design to improve human experiences, organizational efficiency, and outcomes. Initiated in 2008, the conference is the longest running service design event and attracts more than 800 participants each year. The event is run by the non-profit Service Design Network based in Cologne, Germany.
