If you are looking to promote your publications or forthcoming events, but can’t attend the 2020 Annual Conference, there are several publicity opportunities available for leaflets, catalogues or samples.
Printed Advertising (300 quantity)
Make your leaflets available to delegates when they register. We will have a dedicated publicity point by Registration, in the central ‘info & meet up’ zone where delegates check-in and gather. Alternatively publicise your leaflets to delegates attending the keynotes.

Supporting the Annual Conference through sponsorship offers you greater visibility and some exclusive marketing opportunities. Our most popular Annual Conference sponsorship packages are:
Keynotes
Keynotes are a key part of the conference and are attended by all delegates. There are usually three keynotes at each Annual Conference, giving three unique opportunities. Each keynote is supported by a single sponsor. This usually involves a pre-keynote slide show as delegates take their seats, sponsor mention during the welcome and flyers on seats. Keynote sponsors will also be identified in all printed and digital publicity and on social media posts about the keynote. Sponsorship support of £1000 is usually invited for each keynote.
Drinks Receptions
The post-keynote, end of the day receptions are very popular with delegates. Receptions often take place in galleries or spaces of cultural or historic interest. A single sponsor for each reception may be offered a range of promotional opportunities depending upon the space. These often include an opportunity to have an exclusive promotional stand/table and make a 5 minute speech. Reception sponsors will also be identified in all printed and digital publicity and on social media. Sponsorship support of £3000 is usually invited for each reception.
T-shirts for Conference Assistants
Our Conference Assistants are visible everywhere around the conference - from registration to sessions to directing delegates. A single sponsor has the opportunity for their logo to be prominently displayed on the t-shirts of all 25 conference assistants over the 3 days. T-shirt sponsors will also be identified in all printed and digital publicity and on social media. Sponsorship support of £800 is usually invited.
