The INSOL Academics Colloquium & ERA Workshop are returning to London!

We are delighted to invite you to the INSOL Academic Colloquium & ERA Workshop 2026. This event takes place over three days - Saturday 18 April (ERA Workshop), and Sunday 19 - Monday 20 April 2026 (Academic Colloquium).

Both the Academic Colloquium and the ERA Workshop will be held at the ETC Venue Marble Arch. This is about 10-15 minutes walk from the Conference Hotel on Park Lane.

Keynote address

We are delighted to announce that Professor Sarah Paterson, Professor of Law at the London School of Economics, will deliver the keynote address on “Theorising the under-theorised cram down rule.”
