GUESTROOMS
INSOL has negotiated a limited number of guestrooms at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House. These rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates based upon availability of group rooms at the time of request.

RATE INFORMATION
Deluxe Queen Room: GBP 390
Superior King Rooms: GPB 420
Executive King Rooms: GBP 490.

Room rates are based on per room, per night basis and are subject to a 5% service charge. The room rate includes VAT but does not include Breakfast.


RESERVATION DEADLINE: 16 March 2026 (subject to availability)
Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted only at the hotel’s discretion on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate. Reservations are subject to guestroom and rate availability. All hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate to make and cancel directly with the hotel.


HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations made between 20 January and 20 March 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the stay.
Any cancellations, reductions of stay or no shows after 20 March 2026 will be subject to full penalty charges (all reserved nights).

REGISTERED ATTENDEES POLICY
This exclusive hotel rate and rooms are for registered attendees of the conference (delegates, sponsors, and speakers). The organiser and/or the hotel reserve the right to cancel any hotel bookings made by persons who are not attending the conference.
