The Association for Art History’s 2022 Annual Conference is open to all. You don't need to be a member to attend or present a paper, however many delegates chose to take advantage of the membership discount on tickets. Join us LIVE ,in-person, at the UK's leading event for art history.

Speakers and Convenors who cannot attend in person will be able to pay a digital participation fee of £95 or £125 (the 1 day early bird ticket fees). Digital participation is only available to speakers and convenors who cannot or chose not to attend in person, it is not a digital attendence option for delegates. 2022 is conceived as a live, in-person event.

  • All delegates, including speakers and convenors, need to pay the appropriate conference fee.
  • Concessionary tickets support students and people on low income (those with an annual income of less than £20,000 per year).
  • Conference bursaries for PhD and Early Career Researchers are available. The deadline for applications is 10 December 2021. More information can be found here. 
  • Your conference ticket includes access to all sessions, keynotes, exhibitors, visits, fringe events and networking opportunities (for the day/s you’ve booked for).
  • Your conference ticket includes tea and coffee in the morning and afternoon and drinks receptions. Lunch is not included but can be pre-booked and purchased separately at cost - this helps us to reduce food waste.
