Registration fees ICAS 10
The fee includes lunches, coffee breaks during the conference, welcome reception and a conference kit.
1) Regular delegates:

Registration fees are determined by your country of residence*, category**, and when you register***.
* The fee is determined by where you currently live; not where you are from.
** There are special rates for (PhD) students. Students will be required to show identification when they collect their registration materials at the conference.
Onsite Fee Payment
Payment can be made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, and JCB are accepted.
Cash payment is also possible onsite in THB or Euro only.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the ICAS Secretariat.
Cancellation fees are dependent on the notice given:
If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to the start of ICAS 10, the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee.
If cancellation occurs between 90 days and 45 days prior to the start of ICAS 10, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee.
